A former associate justice with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Probate and Family Court, Judge Lawrence Army retired in 2025 after presiding over more than a thousand cases involving divorce, custody, guardianship, and estate matters. Judge Lawrence Army has extensive legal and judicial experience, having started his career as an attorney in 1996, shortly after earning his JD from Suffolk University Law School.

Drawing on three decades of experience, Judge Army founded an alternative dispute resolution practice, Concili8 LLC., in 2025. He provides neutral case evaluations on complex domestic relations matters and guides parties toward sustainable agreements through mediation, private adjudication, and conciliation.

In addition to his work with Concili8, he works as an advisor with Hamilton Reserve Bank, helping clients with asset protection, investor setup, privacy structures, and using offshore SPVs. His advisory work consists of strategy, structuring, and practical guidance, and he does not offer legal representation in this role.

A member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Family Law Section Council, Judge Army has also served on the board of several organizations, including the Worcester County Bar Association and the Grafton Housing Authority. Since 2019, he has been on the board of directors for the Greg Hill Foundation.
